Pseudo SRAM (pSRAM) offers designers an option of the best of both DRAM and SRAM features.
The pSRAM has a SRAM-like architecture.
Unlike DRAM, there is a hidden refresh feature which does not require physical refresh.

Temperature Ranges supported: Commercial(C):0℃ ~ 75℃; Industrial(I):-40℃ ~ 85℃
